Dr. Susan Pattis, Ph.D., is a well-known strategic business consultant with over 25 years of experience in strategic planning, marketing strategy, branding management, consumer behavior analysis, project management, organizational change management, global leadership and change, crisis management, business development, executive coaching, and management team training.
Susan has significantly impacted over 300 multinational companies operating in Asia, especially the Greater China region, and assisted more than 500 private Chinese companies in expanding their businesses into global markets. She played a crucial role in crafting the Beijing 2008 Olympic Committee’s iconic branding slogan, "One Dream, One World," and the bid slogan, "New Beijing, Great Olympics." Before launching her business consulting career in 1999, Susan served as China’s Chief Representative for Edelman Public Relations Worldwide. She has also held several high-profile management positions, including Chief Representative for General Physics Corp, International Business Development Manager for Fluor Daniel Company, and Marketing Manager for American Express's Travel Services.
In October 2012, a life-changing experience at Mt. Shasta, California—a worldwide-recognized spiritual portal for personal awareness, conscious growth, and energy healing—prompted a significant shift in Susan's professional and personal. This experience led her to transition from business consulting to mindfulness coaching. Since then, she has dedicated her life to guiding individuals on their journeys of personal transformation through life coaching, mindfulness teaching, meditation, and energy healing.
