Touch Your Heart meditation is about shining the light and love of the universe and feeling it in our hearts. This is a very simple self-guided meditation that initiates powerful change in attitudes, behaviors, and life styles. You can meditate in your own convenient time from 15-30 minutes.

Find a quiet place and sit quietly.

Relax totally and let all thoughts go away.

Gently close your eyes and breathe as slowly as possible.

Imagine your heart is full of light and love energy.

Breathe in with pure love energy from the universe.

Breathe out negative energy from your body, mind, and soul.

Repeat breathe in and out three times gently.

Relax your toes, feet, ankles. Feel calves relax, then the thighs.

Relax your lower back, upper back, and hips.

Now relax fingertips, hands, lower arms, upper arms.

Breathe in deeply, then let go slowly.

Repeat breathe in and out three times.

Relax your shoulders, your neck, totally relaxed.

Relax your face, jaw, lips, teeth, ears, nose, forehead, and eyes.

Breathe in deeply, then let go completely.

Now, relax your throat, your chest, and your heart.

Remain your attention to your heart, feeling deeply relaxed.

Always bring your attention back to your heart.

Stay with your heart for 10 minutes, feeling the heartbeat.

If your mind wonders, always bring your attention back to your heart.

Now, bring your attention back to present.

Say silently three times: I am feeling relaxed and peaceful.

Say silently three times: I am feeling heartfulness.

Say silently three times: I am so grateful.

Now, please say your prayer silently after meditation.

Open your eyes.

Move your toes.

Rub your hands.

Good job! Hug yourself!
